Innisfail boasts several excellent recreational facilities, parks, and trails, providing ample opportunity to relax or play.
Major facilities include a modern 25-metre indoor swimming pool - with hot tub and sauna, a curling rink, and a twin-ice arena.
Residents and visitors can get outside and enjoy the fresh air while accessing Innisfail's outdoor water park, skateboard park, BMX park, horseshoe pits, soccer pitches, hiking trails, ski hill with a rope tow, and wildlife viewing platforms.
In addition to all that, Innisfail is also home to several neighborhood parks, various playgrounds, miles of paved bike trails, three lakes, a beautiful campground, and an Off Leash Dog Park.
As part of a joint-use agreement with Chinook's Edge, the Town of Innisfail now handles all public bookings of the High School gym and other school facilities.
