The New Library / Learning Centre
This brand new, state-of-the-art facility, designed to serve as a Library, a Learning Centre and a Drop-In Centre, is now open at 5300 55 St. Close. The 9.0 million dollar complex, funded in part from a six-million dollar Federal Government contribution through the Communities Component of the Building Canada Fund, features a Library, a centre for seniors, and a variety of meeting rooms available for use by area families, youth, teens, and Community Groups.
